We recommend trestle paintshops for applications where it is not practical to integrate painting in the production process, or install a spraying enclosure or closed paint booth due to the large size or number of workpieces, or the nature of materials handling.

In these cases the whole workshop or part of the hall is equipped with an efficient process ventilation system. Exhaust solutions include dry separation exhaust lines along the side walls, bottom exhaust installed in the floor, or the combination of these two.

The area can be sectioned with painting, desiccation and drying performed in one ore more sections to save energy or cost.
