Closed, environmentally friendly technology recommended for the pretreatment of parts and small workpieces. The equipment ensure good efficiency as well as optimum time, energy and chemical consumption even for a large number of intricately shaped parts.

The pretreatment steps (typically degreasing, iron phosphating, rinsing, also drying for certain workpieces) follow each other in a preprogrammed sequence.

The treatment liquids in the equipment are heated, sprayed with fixed or moving nozzles, filtered and recirculated according to the process requirements.

Material flow can also be intermittent (fixed or rotating baskets, or drums) or continuous (conveyor or chain part washers).
