Cyclone dust separators are efficient in reclaiming spilt powder and cleaning air extracted from powder coating booths. This solution also requires secondary cartridge filters to recycle the exhaust air.

Cyclones should be used particularly for applications with frequent colour changes or high dust loads.

In other cases, we recommend dust separation with fixed installation or with replaceable cartridge “filter cart” for each colour.
