Spray enclosures

Spray enclosures are structures limited by walls on three sides, vertical or slightly tilted exhaust surface ensuring concentrated extraction in the painting area.

Their modular structure permits their easy adjustment to receive workpieces of various dimensions and house different technologies.

Spray enclosures can be fully customised with the available options (e.g. frequency converter fan, exhaust under the floor grid, bottom exhaust at floor level, turntable, side and top baffle plates).

We always recommend a heated air injection system to ensure the tempered replacement of exhausted air.

We install multilayer filter systems in the spray enclosures produced by INNOMONTAGE Kft.

The first stage of the filter system may be

  • large surface pleated paper labyrinth
  • extremely large surface, loosely superposed, 8-layer, High Capacity honeycomb filter blanket
  • EDRIZZI® paper box filter system
  • metal labyrinth filters in extreme cases

The second stage is made of long, non-combustible fibreglass and a high dust catching capacity “PaintStop” overspray blanket, and the third layer is usually a polyester fine filter that primarily separates the residual fine dusty contamination from the air.

Filter cartridges installed in spray enclosures by Kematechnik Innomontage Kft. are easy and quick to replace.
